Our goal is to encourage and uplift the individual, to impress the importance of living a fit lifestyle, and stress the fact that we often limit ourselves and our abilities when we should raise the bar and challenge our limitations. On All Abilities Fitness we promote healthy living and a positive body image. We focus on easy exercise routines that can be done at home with simple household tools.
